Memorable Group & Private Trail Rides
You’ll find plenty of room to roam at BlissWood Bed and Breakfast Ranch! Our guided group trail rides last for about an hour, and will take you through meadows and oak forests, across creeks, and past soothing ponds on the property. It is important to note that children must be 10 or older for this ride and that all riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Looking for something more romantic and private? We recommend adding our Horseback Picnic Ride package to your stay. You’ll be guided on a private 45-minute horseback ride to a picnic waiting for in a picture-perfect gazebo by the lake. We’ll take the horses back to the barn so you can relax awhile and enjoy each other’s company and the scenery, and arrange to pick you up later. If you want to kick it up a notch, take a gander at our Ride Off Into The Sunset package for extra frills, including flowers, champagne, dinner for two, and more!
The Perfect Ride for Your Buckaroo
If you’re taking a trip with the family and have younger yippers along with you, we have a special experience just for them! Our Children’s Horseback Ride will take them on a 30-minute tour of our barnyard area, where they see all kinds of animals! You’ll be able to walk along with the wrangler, who will be guiding the ride with a lead line, while you capture all the precious memories. You can also feel relaxed knowing they’re riding our most gentle and dependable horses. This is a great way to introduce your child to Texas horseback riding if they haven’t had the experience before.

Does your trusty steed need a vacation, too? If you have a horse of your own that you’d like to bring to BlissWood, we do offer horse boarding for guests. Conestoga Covered Wagon
Connect with your pioneer spirit in our deluxe covered wagon, while still enjoying modern amenities. Nestled in a wooded area, the Wagon includes AC/heat, a King-size bed, a small dining table, and two chairs, a mini-fridge and sink, and a private in-wagon commode and shower. There is an outdoor gas grill, bistro table, and private fire pit as well.
Grand Safari Tent
Our safari tent is set amongst giant Live Oaks and offers luxury and seclusion with a grand view of our exotic animals from the front deck. Enjoy modern comforts, a romantic King bed, sitting area, wood-burning stove, kitchenette with microwave, dining table & chairs, AC & heat, and outdoor private firepit and gas grill. The in-tent bathroom features a shower and soaking tub with a view of the woods.
Cherokee RV
This RV is located at the Show Barn for an up-close and personal experience with our barn animals, a view of the lake and canopy, and a bistro table outside. This RV has one bedroom with a queen bed and fold-out couch and can sleep up to 3 people and offers a fully furnished kitchen, TV, and internet from the adjacent Show Barn.
